Hi, Sweet Soul! I’m Kara–

Play & Mindset Coach, NLP Practitioner, hypnotherapist, latin & hip-hop dancer, lover of bright red lipstick, and Chief Fun Officer of The Playful Warrior. 🤸

Inner child healing saved my life, and play was the catalyst for my deepest transformation. 

Before I reconnected with Little Kara, I spent a decade in the corporate world being hounded by a loud inner-critic. I was constantly plagued by the feeling that I, and everything I did, wasn’t good enough. Life felt rigid and serious, and I knew deep in my soul that I was living a life that wasn’t meant for me.

Enter: PLAY!

Play reconnected me with who I *really* am at my core – a wildly creative, fun, and worthy human. It made me realize that life can actually feel playful! And when I started approaching my days from this space of wholeness, everything started to fall into place.

I started letting go of past judgments, genuinely believing in myself, taking risks and being okay to make mistakes, having creative ideas flow to me more freely, experiencing more joy.
