✨Playing with Possibility✨ is a mix of PLAY and MINDSET coaching, with Q+A sprinkled in for extra support.

During our playtime, you’ll be guided through a series of child-like activities, including movement, drawing, and many other surprises! And that’s all I’ll spill for now! A big part of prioritizing play means re-connecting with your spontaneity and curiosity. 

During our mindset coaching, we'll talk through strategies on navigating criticism and self-doubt, so you can get out of your head and invite more PLAY and lightheartedness into your life. 

Yes! Here’s what I recommend bringing along:

✨ Something to cover your eyes, like a sleep mask, an actual mask, or a scarf. You’re also welcome to keep it simple and close your eyes.

✨ Something colourful to write and draw with, like crayons, coloured pencils, markers, or pens.

✨ A journal or some paper to draw on.

✨ An open heart and your sense of playful adventure!

Yes! As long as you’re open to the idea of experimenting with play within a safe and supportive space, this playdate is for you! I work with many special souls who feel very disconnected from play, and their experience ends up being so much more impactful than they ever imagined going in. Feel the discomfort of exploring something unfamiliar, and trust your inner-voice. You are worthy of a playful life! And there will be other people at the party who feel *exactly* like you!

You’ll probably catch me in some fun pjs—because nothing lights my inner child up like an avocado-print onesie.
