By purchasing this product, I agree to The Playful Warrior’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. I acknowledge and agree to the following:

LIABILITY

I understand that I am fully responsible for my own well-being before, during, and after the retreat. I acknowledge that all activities, including but not limited to yoga, mindfulness sessions, movement practices, and travel, are undertaken at my own risk.

I release and discharge Kara Latta, The Playful Warrior, and any retreat collaborators or facilitators from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to loss, injury, illness, or damages incurred before, during, or after the retreat, including transit to and from the event.

I acknowledge that this experience is not therapy, and while care and emotional support will be provided, I am responsible for managing my own emotional and mental well-being throughout the retreat. 

HEALTH & MEDICAL 

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat and will notify Kara of any health conditions, medications, allergies, or dietary needs that may impact my participation. 

I understand that I am responsible for managing any personal medications, treatments, or dietary restrictions during the retreat. 

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to reserve your spot. Final payment is due by December 1, 2025.

All payments are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (pending approval). Please contact us as soon as possible so we can support a smooth transition.

No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend, arriving late, or leaving early.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to weather, illness, personal emergencies, or flight delays.

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. I understand that purchasing comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended to protect my investment in case of trip interruption, medical emergency, lost baggage, flight delays, or other unforeseen events. 

I agree that any expenses incurred due to travel delays, missed flights, or health-related issues are solely my responsibility. 

MEDIA CONSENT

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By participating, I grant Kara and The Playful Warrior permission to use my image and likeness for marketing, unless I opt out by notifying Kara in writing before or during the retreat.

COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS

I understand that this retreat is a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment. I agree to engage with kindness, presence, and mutual respect. The Playful Warrior reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, harmful, or discriminatory behavior, without refund.

COMMUNICATION CONSENT

I agree to check “Subscribe to fun updates” at checkout so I can receive important email communications about the retreat. (I can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email anytime after the retreat ends.)

FINAL AGREEMENT

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions. I certify that I am at least 18 years old and am registering voluntarily.
